Here are some tips on how to use the pH Increaser.  Check if the ideal alkalinity of the swimming pool water is 80-150 ppm (parts per million). Use a total Alkalinity test kit to determine the total Alkalinity of the water. If you want to raise the 10 pounds Water Balance pH Increaser just add 1 1/2 lbs. of Alkalinity Increaser for each 10,000 gallon of water. Add Alkalinity directly to your pool by sparkling the needed amount into the water. Let the Filteration run overnight and mix the water. 10 pounds Water Balance pH Increaser will only a minor effect on pH, the entire amount required may be added one at a time only.
